We prepare, cook and deliver delicious Malaysian dinner for busy families. Our meal options are curated from authentic Malaysian recipes, providing a taste of home-style cooking to your dinner table. Our convenient delivery service ensures that you and your family can enjoy a healthy, hearty meal without the hassle of cooking.
Placing an order with us is easy! Simply follow these three steps: 1. Click on the "ORDER NOW" button to be redirected to our onboarding page. 2. Select your desired dinner plan, including the number of family members, days of delivery, and meal portions. 3. Fill in your delivery information and complete the payment process to secure your order. We offer a seamless and secure ordering experience for a convenient and delicious dinner for busy families!
Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to your personal dashboard. This dashboard allows you to manage your weekly orders with ease. You can select the dishes you would like to receive, skip a day of delivery if needed, and confirm your delivery plan
Our kitchen is located in Ara Damansara, which allows us to offer affordable delivery to many areas. However, for those who are experiencing high delivery fees, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively working on expanding our reach to more areas, so we can bring our delicious Malaysian dinners to even more busy families.
You can confirm your delivery and make changes to your order through your personal dashboard, after selecting your desired dishes. The cut-off time for confirmations and changes is 12am. If you do not confirm your order before 12am, we will do it for you. If you need to skip a delivery day, you can do so through your dashboard, and your order will be moved forward to the next available day. Please note that changes cannot be made to your order after it has been confirmed, either by you or by us.
In the event that your food does not arrive, please let us know immediately. We will make every effort to contact our delivery riders and ensure that your order is delivered. If we are unable to deliver your food by 8pm, we will cancel the delivery and add an extra day to your account as compensation. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be circumstances beyond our control that affect the arrival of your food.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your food, please reach out to us. We value customer feedback and are always eager to learn and improve. Our top priority is to provide delicious food and exceptional service, and if you are not completely satisfied, we are not either. We are here to listen and find a solution that works for you
Yes, all meal plans have an expiration date. a) 5-day plan will expire in 15 days. b) 10-day plan will expire in 30 days. c) 20-day plan will expire in 60 days. You can renew your plan easily to avoid any missed dinners
To renew your meal plan subscription, simply head to your personal dashboard and go to the 'Plans' tab. Click on the option to 'Purchase a New Plan' and follow the steps. Your new plan will start automatically the next day, and if you have an ongoing plan, it will start after your current plan ends.
