If it appears that the delivery of your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative delivery time. If you are not satisfied with this new delivery time, you may choose to cancel the order and receive a refund or credit. This process may take up to 20 business days. It is your responsibility to be available at the time of delivery and to ensure that appropriate arrangements have been made. Once the products are delivered, all risk of loss or damage will be transferred to you. If we are unable to reach you, we will try to contact you at the phone number provided. If the driver is unable to find a safe location to leave the food and you are still unreachable, the order will be considered delivered and you will be responsible for full payment as if you had received the order. We will not be held responsible if you fail to provide adequate access, information, or arrangements for delivery. If we are unable to change the delivery address, you may choose to cancel the order. However, if food preparation has already started, you will be charged the full price for the item. If the driver has already been dispatched, you will also be charged for delivery.
You may cancel an order without charge at any time before we confirm it (a "Confirmed Order") or send you a confirmation email. If you wish to cancel an order before it becomes a Confirmed Order, please contact us immediately through the website. If you cancel an order after it becomes a Confirmed Order, your order for that day will be skipped and brought over the next day. We may inform you that an order has been cancelled or that an item is unavailable at any time. If we cancel an order, we will reimburse you with vouchers.
7.1 The price of each meal is listed on the website. The price listed for each meal on the website may be subject to change at the discretion of Mejamakan but the price of the meal ordered will be final and will not be subject to change once you have submitted your order through the website.
7.2 Once you have submitted your order, you must make payment for the amount stated on the website at least by 4pm before the delivery of the meal ordered. If payment is not made in this time frame, it will be considered that you have cancelled your submitted order.
7.3 Payment can be made through credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or through your user account on the website. All payment is made directly to Mejamakan. You do not need to make any additional payment to the food provider once you have made payment in the manner described above.
All intellectual property rights associated with the website and the app (including but not limited to the recipe, design, layout, appearance, text, and graphics) belong to us and cannot be reproduced without our prior written consent. You may use the website for your personal use, including printing and downloading materials, bookmarking, or sharing links that direct others to the content on the website. However, you are not allowed to modify, reproduce, or republish any content online or offline without our consent.
By using or ordering through the website or Whatsapp, you acknowledge and agree that using is at your own risk. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, costs, or expenses, or for any loss of profit that results from the use of, or inability to use, the website or app, or any application or material on any site linked to the website or app (including but not limited to any viruses, bugs, or other errors or defects or failures in computer transmissions or network communications), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
